  • Orders placed on weekends or outside operating hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PDT) will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer clear and transparent shipping rates for all domestic and international destinations supported by our logistics partners:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00 – $48.99): $5.99

  • Free Shipping (Orders $49.00 and above): $0.00 (Free)

  • Expedited Shipping: $8.99

Estimated Transit Time: 10 to 20 business days for all shipping methods.

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by postal carriers. Factors such as local customs clearance, extreme weather, peak holiday seasons, or regional logistics delays may affect actual delivery dates.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking website URL. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking status.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • auriv6 is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If a package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping charges and administrative fees may be deducted from any potential refund.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. auriv6 is not liable for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
